Please read and accept the following AGREEMENT OF RELEASE and WAIVER OF LIABILTY carefully before registering:

*I understand and acknowledge that in yoga there are certain inherent risks. I voluntarily participate in the yoga instruction at Yoga Dynamic (M) Sdn Bhd or other programs offered at Yoga Dynamic (M) Sdn Bhd, and assume full responsibility for all injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the yoga programs or other programs.

*I understand that it is my responsibility to consult my healthcare provider regarding my participation in yoga classes or other programs offered at Yoga Dynamic (M) Sdn Bhd, before signing below. I release Yoga Dynamic (M) Sdn Bhd, as well as their directors, instructors, management, agents, tenants, managers, employees or other students from all liability and hold them harmless for any injury to me or my person, or any damage or loss to my property incurred while on the premises of Yoga Dynamic (M) Sdn Bhd at 54-3 Plaza Damansara, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, whether caused in or out of class, by negligence or otherwise.

*I also release the landlord, Safeguards Properties Sdn Bhd, as well as their directors, management, agents, tenants, managers and employees from all liability and hold them harmless for any injury to me or my person, or any damage or loss to my property incurred while on the premises of Yoga Dynamic (M) Sdn Bhd at 54-3 Plaza Damansara, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, whether caused in or out of class, by negligence or otherwise.

Class Packages

*I undertake the responsibility to complete the class packages within the stipulated deadlines.

*Class fees are non-refundable.
