" I was fortunate to start Yoga when I came to Malaysia five-and-a-half years ago. I was suffering premenstrual pain, body stiffness, and pain in my back and neck. I used to go to physiotherapy once a week in my country because of the pain, in addition to the stress and worry about the future.

But after working on my breathing, correcting my posture, doing cleansing techniques and meditating I started to heal myself. I do not have any premenstrual problems, my back and neck pain has subsided and worries about the future have eased. I am confident to say that Yoga has been a change in my life and transformed my personality."

" Actually, I took up Yoga by chance 2 years ago. I was having this nagging backache that I couldn’t seem to find any relief from . . . I have been practicing yoga for many years and Richard is one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. In his own practice he has the perfect blend of flexibility and strength that makes his advanced yoga asana practice inspiring for students like me.

Richard's knowledge of anatomy combined with his experience in teaching and general body awareness means he knows when to encourage students to push and when to take it easy. I personally improved my forward bend so that I could lie against my legs under his tutelage - particularly difficult for us guys.
