"
I was fortunate to start Yoga when I came to Malaysia five-and-a-half
years ago. I was suffering premenstrual pain, body stiffness,
and pain in my back and neck. I used to go to physiotherapy
once a week in my country because of the pain, in addition
to the stress and worry about the future.
But after working on my breathing, correcting my posture,
doing cleansing techniques and meditating I started to heal
myself. I do not have any premenstrual problems, my back and
neck pain has subsided and worries about the future have eased.
I am confident to say that Yoga has been a change in my life
and transformed my personality."

"
Actually, I took up Yoga by chance 2 years ago. I was having
this nagging backache that I couldn’t seem to find any relief
from . . . I started out doing once-a-week classes, and then
later twice weekly. Well, my backache is gone, my muscles
are more toned now, I feel that I have more energy and, of
course, all the body-bending has made me more flexible! I
had to undergo a surgical procedure on one of my knees a few
months back and I think my Yoga practices helped in my speedy
recovery. I was able to bend my knee to 120 degrees by the
fifth day.
Thanks to Richard, I’m also now more aware of all my muscle
movements in my body!! Keep it up Richard, and its great that
Richard always explains the steps in every posture so that
we get the technique right, instead of just diving into the
postures."
